Owners, Steve Murphy and his wife, Paola Saenz, started CDS Contractors Inc. in 1998 as a cleaning company called CDS Cleaning Services which grew to a handyman service. Their very first job in 1998 was a doorknob replacement. Through persistence, hard work, a strong work ethic, keen eye to detail, consistency in excellence, and a focus on customer satisfaction, CDS Contractors Inc. expanded into becoming one of the top 200 remodeling companies in the nation since 2015. Our professional team of experts has successfully completed hundreds of residential and commercial construction projects. We take pride in what we do.
